The City of St. Albans is partnering with the Kanawha Coalition for Community Health Improvement to take part in their needs assessment survey to help identify top health issues in our community. We encourage all citizens in the St. Albans community and family and friends living in Kanawha County to participate in a brief, anonymous, confidential survey addressing top health issues to create a healthier place to live, work, learn, and play.
