General Election - Early Voting Information.
Kanawha County Clerk has designated October 23 – November 2, 2024 as early voting period for the upcoming General Election to be held on November 5, 2024.
Early voting is available at the following locations, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and Saturdays, 9:00am - 5:00pm, closed on Sunday.
Please Note: St. Albans City Hall is designated as an early voting location, not a primary election location.

Election & Voting Information
Regular elections for electing the Mayor and members of City Council shall be by non-partisan ballot, and in accordance with the statutes of the State of West Virginia, and shall be held at the same time as County and State primary elections are held. The 2024 primary election is set to be held on May 14th. There will not be a general election in St. Albans. Candidates who win the primary election will take office, effective July 1, 2024

Voters are expected to vote only in their designated precincts. St. Albans City Hall is not a designated polling place during the primary election on May 14, 2024.
