Packer Bed Equipment for Public Works
The City of St. Albans/ St. Albans Fire Department is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors to renovate the restroom area of Highlawn Fire Station. The restroom contains one toilet, one urinal, two sinks, and a shower unit situated in concrete block room approximately 5’ by 16’ in size. The renovation, when complete, should reflect an aesthetically pleasing modern design that is safe, functional, and easy to maintain.  All bids must be returned to the St. Albans Fire Chief by January 7, 2026 by 10am.

Resurfacing Tennis Courts and Converting into Pickleball Courts
The City of St. Albans is accepting sealed bids for resurfacing the Ordnance Park Pfaff Street existing two (2) tennis courts and converting one (1) of the courts into two (2) dedicated
pickleball courts using Dynaflex Acrylic Resurfacer or equivalent. Bids will be accepted at the Clerk’s Office, 1499 MacCorkle Avenue, until 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 18, 2025.
