St. Albans Police Department Cruisers
The St. Albans Police Department is seeking sealed bids for new 2022/2023 police vehicles to add to our fleet. The SAPD is looking for Dodge Durangos (V8), Dodge Chargers (V8) or Ford Interceptors. For all vehicles, prefer police packages.
The St. Albans Police Department is looking for Fleet Program, Financed/Lease to purchase. Looking for all vehicles to be black in color. This bid is for vehicles ready for delivery (in stock) at the time the bid is accepted. Looking to purchase up to five (5) police vehicles as soon as possible.
Bids will be opened at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 19, 2023 at City Hall/Clerk’s Office. The City of St. Albans reserves the rights to reject any, and/or all bids.

The City of St. Albans is accepting sealed bids for a complete solar panel roof system at the Highlawn Fire Station located at 402 Walnut Street, St. Albans, WV, using the gridline
system. The solar roof system bids are to include financing through a lease-purchase agreement.
Bids will be accepted at the Clerk’s Office, 1499 MacCorkle Avenue, until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 10, 2023. A copy of 1 year of power bills for the fire station is available upon request at the Clerk’s Office.
Bidders for this project must have contractors with a State of West Virginia contractor’s license, City of St. Albans business license, have general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance.
