City of St. Albans Offices are closed.
When a holiday occurs during the week, all trash pickup days are offset or moved to the following day. There will be no extra Friday pickup during a holiday week. See Observed Holidays by the City of St. Albans.
The legal holidays to be observed by the City of St. Albans and the St. Albans Municipal Utility Commission will be the Holidays designated to the provisions of the WV State Code, Chapter 2, Article I, Section I.
