NOTICE
Please take notice that at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
St. Albans, West Virginia, held on Monday, February 5, 2024, the following ordinance was read for first reading, and will come up for second reading at a regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2024 in Council Chambers, 51 Sixth Avenue:
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CITY PARK WATER STORAGE TANK AND WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND SETTING FORTH THE RATES, FEES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS OF THE WATER SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF ST. ALBANS
A Public Hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. prior to second reading and adoption. The ordinance may be reviewed at the Clerk’s Office, 1499 MacCorkle Avenue. All interested persons may appear at said public hearing/meeting and be heard with respect to the foregoing proposed ordinance.
