The Haunted Trail at St. Albans City Park is the place to be this Halloween season if you’re looking for a good scare!
This popular local attraction takes visitors on a twisting and turning journey through scary scenes and spooky corners of the Hiking Trail at St. Albans City Park.
This year’s Haunted Trail at St. Albans City Park runs from October 13-21, and admission is just $5 per person. Free parking is available at Coleman Field, with free hayrides from the ballfield to the staging area. To help the waiting in line, the event will feature screenings of your favorite horror movie classics, vendor fair, nightly halloween fun, and concessions for purchase.

Free Family Fall Festival on October 14, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the St. Albans City Park Ball Field area. Presented by the St. Albans Parks & Recreation Department, this event is all about celebrating the joys of autumn with your family.
There will be plenty of kid-friendly activities, including free pumpkin decorating, face painting, inflatables, free hayrides, and more. Also, don’t miss our First Responder Experience, where kids can experience a fire truck or a police car from the St. Albans Fire & Police Departments.
We’ll have concessions for purchase, including hot chocolate, apple cider, baked goods, and more.

Led by local historians and experts, these tours are perfect for young and old alike. Learn about the mysteries and legends surrounding our town’s Civil War history, and hear some true tales of terror! Tickets are only $10 for adults and $5 for children, so don’t miss out! Tours will meet at the Loop in downtown St. Albans.
Crawl-o-Ween St. Albans Pub Crawl on Main Street

Calling all of you creepy crawlers, ghouls, and goblins, the Crawl-o-Ween St. Albans Pub Crawl on Main Street is one Halloween in St. Albans event you don’t want to miss!
On October 22nd, between 6 PM and 11 PM, come in costume and roam Main Street in downtown St. Albans, stopping in and out of six bars and restaurants and enjoying the drink specials and fun atmospheres. We’re shutting down Main Street for this event, and we’ll have a costume contest and all kinds of fun games (beer pong, kan jam, corn hole & more.)
We’ll have one of the best DJs in the state of West Virginia, DJ ActRight, playing your favorite tunes. So put on your best costume and join us for a night you won’t forget!
