The City of St. Albans is opening the Hansford Center Warming Center tonight due to forecasted extreme cold and wind chill.
Hours of Operation
The warming center will be open Monday, January 19, at 7:00 p.m. and will remain open overnight until Tuesday, January 20, at 7:00 a.m.
