Free Hayrides through the St. Albans Festival of Lights

Join us for the 37th Annual St. Albans Festival of Lights – Free Hayrides through the St. Albans Festival of Lights.

Bundle up for a cozy preview of the displays during Free Hayrides on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, from 6 to 8 p.m. at St. Albans City Park. Wagons run continuously for two hours, allowing families and friends to enjoy an open-air ride through the route before nightly operations begin.
Boarding is first come, first served and capacity is limited per trip. Please allow extra time for lines, especially near 6 p.m. Dress warmly—blankets for young riders are recommended—and follow staff instructions at the loading/unloading zones. For safety, remain seated during the ride and keep hands and belongings inside the wagon. Strollers can be parked in designated areas near the loading.If you enjoy the preview, come back for the full drive-through season at St. Albans City Park (nightly Nov. 28–Dec. 26, 6–9 p.m.; closed Dec. 24–25) and plan a separate stop at the Santa House at Roadside Park (Nov. 28–Dec. 23, 6–9 p.m. nightly) for photos and holiday cheer.
