ST. ALBANS, WV – The Kanawha County Clerk’s office has designated St. Albans City Hall as an early voting location for the upcoming May 10th Primary Election. Voting will take place from Wednesday, April 27th through Friday, May 8th from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Saturdays April 30th and May 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
