The St. Albans Police Department’s K9 Unit recently received essential kits for their K9s from a recent fundraiser by Little Caesars Pizza in St. Albans, WV. The recent “Pizza Pizza Paws” campaign raised money to purchase essential kits for the St. Albans Police Department‘s K9 Unit.
The campaign is to increase support and awareness for the police K-9 divisions and outfit them with the necessary essentials. St. Albans Police Department was one of 70 departments in our area that received kits that included a tracking leash, camelback drinking system, portable water bowl, tactical collar, grooming brush, and a Kong “chew toy.”
This year the fundraiser, sponsored by Little Ceasers, provided 160 K-9 units essential kits. Our SAPD K-9s, Arco, and Bonie are incredibly grateful!
