Vendor Registration for the St. Albans Christmas Market
Vendor spots are $25 for craft vendors and $50 for food trucks (non-refundable). Space is limited to 20 spots, so early registration is encouraged!
- How to Register: Complete the registration form below. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.
- Hold Harmless Agreement: All vendors must sign the City of St. Albans Hold Harmless Agreement, included in your confirmation email.
- Payment: Checks are preferred and should be made out to “City of St. Albans – Christmas Market.” Bring your registration confirmation, payment, and signed Hold Harmless Agreement to St. Albans City Hall by 4:30 PM on December 1, 2026, to reserve your space. First come, first served.
Please Note:
We cannot guarantee vendor exclusivity. Electrical power is limited and available first come, first served. If you need power, indicate on your application whether you need 110V or 220V. City Hall is located at 1499 MacCorkle Avenue in St. Albans, WV.
