ST. ALBANS, WV – The City of St. Albans has officially released the list of candidates for the upcoming non-partisan primary election scheduled for May 14, 2024. This election will determine the representatives for the Mayor, Council At Large, and City Council positions across various wards, with the term of office set from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2028.
