Sun Valley Annexation Petition Signing Opportunities
Sun Valley residents have two opportunities to sign a petition concerning the proposed annexation of Sun Valley into the City of St. Albans. Residents may sign in support of or in opposition to the proposal.
- Thursday, October 8, 2026: 6–8 p.m.
- Sunday, October 11, 2026: 3–5 p.m.

No persuasion is permitted at the signing location.
