We had a great Christmas Season in St. Albans! The Festival of Lights has been tremendous, with new additions along with the old favorites.
The new Santa House at Roadside Park has been a big hit, and having Santa over there has alleviated traffic issues in City Park.
The Christmas Parade was fantastic! There were 84 units in the parade, and it took over an hour to complete. Patty Swango (aka The Parade Lady) continues to do a fantastic job putting this together for our community.
The tree lighting and decoration contests were all very good and are some of the many factors that make our community a great place!
As we enter the new year, there are many items on the agenda to keep St. Albans moving forward. I have been blessed with great employees, a wonderful City Council, and awesome volunteers that make SA the best town in WV!
Always remember that the best is yet to come!
