St. Albans Christmas Market on Main Street

Shop local vendors for holiday gifts, enjoy hot food and drinks, and soak in the sights and sounds of the season. This is a perfect chance to support small businesses and enjoy an unforgettable night out in St. Albans.

Vendor Registration for the St. Albans Christmas Market

Interested in becoming a vendor at the St. Albans Christmas Market on Main Street? Vendor spots are available for $25 for craft vendors and $50 for food trucks (non-refundable). Space is limited to 20 spots, so early registration is encouraged!

• How to Register: Complete the registration form online below on this page. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with further details.
• Hold Harmless Agreement: All vendors must agree to and sign a City of St. Albans Hold Harmless Agreement, available in the registration process.
• Payment: Checks are preferred and should be made out to “City of St. Albans – Christmas Market.”   You must bring your registration information, payment, and hold harmless agreement to St. Albans City Hall by 4:30 pm on December 1, 2025, to reserve your space.  First Come. First Serve. 

Please Note: 
We cannot guarantee exclusivity in vendors at the market. Limited electrical outlets are available. Vendors must indicate if they require power. Power is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must be made at City Hall, along with your registration confirmation and completed hold harmless agreement, by December 1. City Hall is located at 1499 MacCorkle Avenue in St. Albans, WV.
