St. Albans Fall Y’all Chili Cook-Off
Main Street is the place to be for the 2026 St. Albans Fall Y’all Chili Cook-Off.
Join us Saturday, October 17, from noon to 6 p.m. at Olde Main Plaza for chili tastings, local food, arts and crafts vendors, and live entertainment. This family-friendly fall celebration brings cookers, businesses, organizations and neighbors together in downtown St. Albans.
Live entertainment includes the Daniel Ferrell Trio, Adam Parker & The Bourbon Cowboys, and Fleetwoods Heart. The day will begin with Mastery on Olde Main, recognizing the academic achievements of area middle school students.
Think your chili has what it takes? The cook-off is open to everyone, including individuals, businesses, organizations and first responders. Any style of chili is welcome, from red or white to mild, hot, meat or vegetarian. Cookers will compete for first, second and third place cash prizes, along with the People’s Choice Award.
The entry fee is $25. Cookers must provide five gallons of chili for sampling.
