The City of St. Albans will hold a public hearing on June 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at McKinley Recreation Center regarding proposed water and sewer system ordinances.

St. Albans City Council Meetings - 1st & 3rd Mondays of each month, except on holidays, whereas the meeting will be moved the first following regular business day. All meetings are at Council Chambers located at 51 6th Avenue, St. Albans, WV 25177 unless otherwise posted. All meetings are open to the public.
